How clean it was and how amazing it smelt, really enjoyed the free pool , sauna and jacuzzi access .

Loved the shower and separate bath, bed was really comfortable , good tv and lovely relaxing spa, pool and gym facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didnt use the restaurant but it looked good and other guests recommended the "great breakfast" to us. We will stay again

The friendly welcome the beautiful floral display in the entrance the friendly staff and furnishings in reception and lounge, the welcome sink was an added surprise. The reception staff , concierge, breakfast staff and spa staff were very pleasant one member of staff from the spa was so polite and friendly greeting everyone and really taking and interest by asking how they were or how was their stay were they doing anything special this member of staff is a credit to the spa/hotel, her name was Dermares possible not spelt correct apologies, her colleague Georgina was also very friendly, welcoming and interacting.
