Guests are required to specify their desired bed configurations when booking their accommodation. Opening hours and key collection are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. For outside of these hours, our out-of-hours contact number is 020 3988 0220, and self-service check in is available, and instructions will be sent before your arrival.Keys will be given from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16:00 until the apartment is ready. Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay. If you are locked out outside of office hours, there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge. Please note that there is no lift at the property; however, luggage assistance can be provided during office hours. Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge for bookings over 7 days. Please note that each apartment has been styled differently, and as a result, the photos may differ from your allocated apartment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Spacious property for a basement flat. Very clean. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Netflix and Freeview. Secure entry with two key codes required. Decor in calming green/ teal, plain white linen, furniture modern and pleasant. Access to garden was through main bedroom patio door, very nice to have a private area for fresh air. Ample wardrobe space for 4 guests. Nice large dining table with 4 chairs in living room. Modern bathroom fittings & included a bath. Traffic noise road was not intrusive - not a main road.

The location was fantastic. The furniture was nice. The facilities in the flat were very good. Most of the people on the reception were very helpful.
