The fine print
When booking 5 rooms or more for rooms with the capacity of 6 guests and single rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.The total price of the reservation will be taken prior to arrival within 14 days.Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms. If a guest is found to have smoked in a room, a fee of GBP 250.00 will be charged on the card used to make the reservation. Please note, if any damage is done to the room during the guest's stay, the cost of the repairs or replacement of items will be charged to the guest's credit card. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be present upon arrivalYou must present the card used for the booking upon arrival, otherwise, a third party form must be requested and completed prior to the arrival date.If the payment card isn't present at the time of check-in, Kip may require a security deposit of £150 which will cover any damages or extra costs caused by guests - this deposit could be provided in cash or as a pre-authorisation on a different credit card which belongs to the guest or anyone authorised to use it by the cardholder.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location. Cheapest option I found for a one night stay to go out in London and the room was clean, the shared bathroom was also clean. Quick and easy check in and nice reception and domestic staff. Small room and no window but I did expect that I’d get what I paid for so not upset by this.

Really friendly staff, easy to find, clean and comfortable room, great value for money, excellent location in Hackney Central. Towels, toilettries and more were provided plus other comforts like a tv which helped make the stay even more comfortable. Great size room, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Would absolutely stay again!
