The fine print
Kabannas cannot accept bookings for 16 people or more. Any such bookings will be cancelled by Kabannas.The maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights.
Following any stay of 14 nights, guests may not stay in any Kabannas accommodation for at least seven nights.The ID must match the name and address on the booking. Where a booking is for more than one person, the named person on the booking will need to provide proof of identify that matches the name and address on the booking. ID will also be requested from all other adult guests. These IDs must match the name they sign in with at check in.Towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can hire them at the property or bring their own. Please contact Kabannas directly for more information about accessible facilities.We do allow children in our hostel, they must stay in a private room with a parent or guardian. We cannot accept any under 18s in our shared dorms.Please note Kabannas London St Pancras does not have a self-catering kitchen.Guests must be 18 or older to check in unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or older). Guests under the age of 18 must be booked in to a private dorm or room, they cannot share with guests who are not in their travelling party.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The proximity ,the premises and the lovely staff on the night shift . I couldnt experience the full facilities as I only stayed a few hours between trains but the place was warm and serves hot drinks and snacks .I was cycling and they allowed me to keep my bike in the communal area while i was waiting

Room: I booked via booking.com for only female-shared room but somehow not sure why, it turned out for mixed sharing room. I was so panic when the reception staff double checked with me if I would like to have a mixed sharing room because I never booked a mixed-sharing room before and it must be accidentally happened by the system. Gladly, a lady at the reception was super nice and calm to help me sort out a new room to share with only females. However, the bed allocated to me was not up to my preference as I had a problem with my knee and I was put on the upper bed. No complaint though because I understand the circumstances did not allow me to choose at that stage. The room is clean and I always like the location as I can reach other places easily and familiar already with the surroundings.

Everything was great , clean bedsheets, clean ensuite bathroom, excellent location close to Kings cross station, many shops nearby, convenient stay.

Very convenient indeed for the station. I needed a bed for the night, it gave me that with a feeling of security for my belongings.
