The fine print
-The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.
-Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required to guarantee the group .
-The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
-All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
-The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor.
-A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This cannot be paid with cash.
-The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of.
-Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 500Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Loved this hotel! Will definitely be back! Staff were really friendly, hotel was super clean, AC/ heating system worked great in the room. Towels changed every day and room made up every day. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Powerful hairdryer in the room. Vanity mirror and bathroom mirror both had strip lights which made it great for putting makeup on. Toiletries in the room as well as a safe and decent size wardrobe area. Booked a single room expecting it to be tiny but it was actually very spacious, really long room with plenty of space for suitcase etc 5 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station and buses stop directly in front of the hotel

The hotel's location near Gloucester Road station was perfect for exploring London. Being so close to the Underground made it incredibly convenient to reach all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and clean.
