Lovely hotel staff, great and safe location, good price. The room was a bit small and not the newest but it was clean, had a safe, TV, amazing water pressure, and free water bottles were available upon request. One street over were many restaurants, cafés two tube stations with many connections, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Paddington Station is a 15min walk away and has a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. Kensington Gardens is a short walk away and worth a visit. Would stay here again.

This was my second time at the hotel, and just like the last time, I was very happy. I’m sure I will return the next time I’m in London. The hotel is near Hyde Park and is conveniently located close to two Underground stations (about a four-minute walk), making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The area has a great vibe, with many restaurants and shops open late. No matter the hour, you always have options for food. Since Hyde Park is only a few minutes away, it’s lovely to be able to start your day with a nice stroll there. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they truly give you the feeling that they are trying to help you make the best of your stay in London.

The location is perfect. Close to Bayswater Station therefore easy access to Paddington and onto the Heathrow Express. Bus #94 going to Picadilly 24/7 is a short walk. The room on 4th floor and Inverness Terrace were quiet despite being close to Queensway with ample eateries. I felt very safe there. Staff were professional, very helpful and friendly.
