I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and its always been a good experience. However, the security deposit process is not very transparent. Even if nothing is used from the minibar, deductions appear, and only when asked I was told its an optional service charge that can be refunded! Clearer communication would greatly improve the guest experience.
