Convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. They swapped our room for us as the 1st one wasn't suitable. Rooms were hot but a fan was provided

Hotel was located between pimlico and Victoria tube station. Around the corner there were many restaurants and pubs and markets for food options. Hotel rooms are small but clean. Nice bathroom

Perfect location for us as we travelled down to London with National Express into Victoria Coach Station. Good selection of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. Room was small but bijou, perfect for us.

Staff were very welcoming and approachable. Room thankfully had a fan that was already switched on in the room when we got in which was great as it was super hot. Breakfast room was lovely, again with lovely and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with many towels and nice and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.
