Please note that an extra charge might apply.To reach the Hour Glass, you can take bus 343 from Tower Bridge, London Bridge and Elephant and Castle, bus 136 from Elephant and Castle and bus 42 from Liverpool Street, Tower Bridge and East Street.Property reserves the right to refuse guests with no ID or booking confirmation and to pre-authorise credit card 3 days prior to arrival date.With 3rd party credit cards, the property requires the booker's permission via email to charge.Time-restricted parking is available nearby on Thurlow Street and Kinglake Street, between 18.30 and 8.30. On-site parking is available and surcharge applies: GBP 8.00 for one regular vehicle per day and GBP 11.00 for one commercial/van/pick-up per day. Please notify the reception upon your arrival.A fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric kettle and kitchenware is available for guests to use.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Had the en-suite room on the top floor. Twin room and en-suite were very comfortable and clean. Stand alone shower had great pressure, and shower gel provided. Beds were comfy, had good quality sheets and quilts, and a fan, heater, cereal, small fridge (with fresh milk), and plenty of Nescafé and PG tips sachets provided. Very central location (8 mins to London Bridge by bus) and fantastic value for money. Wojtek (the bar manager) provided amazing customer service. We will be back again! 😀

-everything was clean - super friendly staff - they changed our towels every day, and also changed the bed sheets after two days - the bus stops are really close

Location is not far from the tube station and a nice area with restaurants and bars. Good value for money especially in London and bar staff very friendly.
