I just love this hotel, everything about it. Attention to detail is apparent throughout and the staff could not be more genuine and kind. The breakfast concept is unique, guests order from the hot food menu whilst being greeted and by the time continental items have been selected, the hot food items arrive. In the evening, the beautiful breakfast area becomes a bar serving excellent cocktails. They also have a food menu. The location of the hotel is a major benefit, a short walk from Ealing Broadway Station and across from the shopping mall. There are so many independent restaurants in the area. Just outside the hotel is Walpole Park which is really beautiful. There are direct buses to Richmond, Kingston and Westfield Shepherds Bush. The location has so much more to offer than any of the airport hotels. A huge thank you to all members of staff.

The hotel was modern and immaculately clean in all areas. The bedrooms were more spacious than usual for a London hotel, which was a pleasant suprise. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice getting a freshly, cooked breakfast (rather than a buffet). All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
