The location is great! Close to all the sights. The room is small but I found I was barely in my room anyway! Breakfast was really accommodating and the pastries were so delicious!

The staff is nice and very helpful. 5 mins close to Euston Station.

The hotel is very clean and the reception guy was really helpful, as I had to carry two large suitcases up two flights of stairs. There wasn't necessarily an issue, as it is written very clearly on the door that the reception is next door, so nothing to complain about. The bed was also very comfortable.
