I travelled with a child and the staff provide him with his own key which was a cut out fox. It was actually a key which he used in the lift and to open the door, it made one little boy very happy 😀

Great welcome from staff, clean room, and felt safe during the night due to extra security in place. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and main train stations.
