The location of the hotel is good as Edgware Tube Station is nearby. We also made a reservation at the underground car park which was really convenient. Most of the staff were polite, however, Hasan was particularly helpful and friendly when we had breakfast and should be commended for his exceptional customer service.

The staff at the checkout were so helpful especially Kaleem. The rooms are very clean and big a little basic but can’t complain for the price and the location nice comfy bed and the shower was brilliant went really hot and good water pressure. Was sad that I paid for breakfast and had to leave earlier than I expected for work and couldn’t get anything to go at 5:45 as breakfast started at 6 so sad I missed it. Other than that it’s really nice inside the reception area bar seemed nice in the evening and the location is great 5 min walk from Edgeware road tube. 10 minute walk from Paddington train station and not far from Euston too.
