From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the doorman who kindly helped with my luggage and set the tone for my stay. The concierge team were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. My room, though compact, was thoughtfully designed and very cosy. The double-walled doors offered privacy and quiet, and I felt completely safe and comfortable—truly a home away from home.

Location - perfect to Paddington Hotel and staff - lovely Cabin room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, in a hotel. It was a late check in and so we only needed it for sleep. I didn’t realise until check in, they had to take a £50 per person deposit incase you ate the in room mini bar snacks. I was too scared to even use the slippers as I didn’t want to get charged. I couldn’t see a price list for the bar snacks in the room. It was comfortable and we slept fine. We had to leave early so we didn’t have the breakfast (£25 per person!) grabbed a cheaper alternative on route.
