I had a fantastic experience staying at Good Hotel London. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Due to some initial noise, they kindly upgraded my room, which made a big difference to my stay. They also offered a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch, and extended a late check-out, allowing me to leave feeling relaxed and well looked after. The service was warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London.
