Perfect London location. Close to many key sights, but very secluded and quiet. The staff was warm and inviting. We got twin room as requested. Daily housekeeping.

The location was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The hotel needs some money spent on it. The room furniture is old and well past it's sell by date.
