When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply.Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.All the Budget Rooms are located in the basement, and some do not have a window.An authorisation of £100 will be taken on check in to guarantee for any incidentals.The property may pre-authorize your credit card for the cost of the first night to guarantee your booking. At check-in, the same credit card used for the booking must be presented. If this card is not available, an alternative credit card in the booker's name will be accepted.

Very convenient location as we were attending a function at the Royal Geographical Society nearby. Our Room was spacious. Breakfast across the road was plentiful and tasty.
