This hotel is perfectly located, just next to the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum, and close to many bars, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff are very welcoming and professional. My room was spacious, very comfortable, and I loved the firmness of the pillows. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, excellent value for money. I would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
