Apartment Hotel Overview

In London's Little Venice, Europa House offers 14 spacious apartments in a regency townhouse, with three acres of private gardens. It is a 10-minute walk, with a 10-minute tube ride, to Clifton Road, where guests will find a selection of cafes, organic delis and chic boutiques sitting beside traditional butchers and greengrocers.
Decorated with chic textiles, original artwork and wooden floors, these luxury apartments each have a large living area with a flat-screen TV. All apartments have Wi-Fi access throughout and an MP3 docking station.
The spacious kitchens have a chrome oven, microwave and refrigerator. All apartments have an elegant dining area, and the luxurious marble bathrooms feature quality REN toiletries.
The Europa House is just 300 metres from Maida Vale Underground Station. Both Hyde Park and lively Oxford Street are just 1.5 miles away, and private on-site parking is available for an extra charge.

Overlooking private and beautifully landscaped communal gardens, the One-Bedroom Apartment features a king-size bed in the bedroom. An LCD TV with a DVD player and an iPod docking station is provided in the lounge, and there is a fully-fitted kitchen. A bath and a shower are included in the marble bathroom. -- Situated on the ground floor, this one bedroom apartment overlooks the private gardens. Inside, a private hallway leads to a spacious living room, also with views over the garden and which features a work-space and a dining table capable of seating six. There is a separate fully-fitted kitchen, which features a dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a breakfast table for two. Next door is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and enough room for a cot if needed. An extra bed can also be provided, free for under-12s; chargeable for adults. There is a large bathroom which comprises of a bathtub, shower, and double sink. Please note, while this property is located on the ground floor, it has raised access.

With 4 styles of two-bedroom apartments, each offering a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom, plus a second bedroom with twin beds and a separate marble bathroom. A separate living area and fully-fitted modern kitchen is also included. Both bathrooms have bath and shower. Additional features include; LCD screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, telephone/voicemail and wireless high-speed internet access. -- The two bedroom apartment contains spacious living spaces, as well as a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. This two bedroom apartment sleeps a maximum of four adults, or two adults and two children. An extra bed or cot free for under-12s; an extra roll-away bed for adults is chargeable.

Situated on the top floor and offering views of the private garden and streets below, Europa House's Three-Bedroom Penthouse is directly accessible by lift. The large, open living and dining area offers access to a terrace. A working fireplace, compact workspace and seating area with TV and coffee table are featured. A second terrace can be accessed through the fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a guest cloakroom adjoining the living room. With a king-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, the master bedroom has direct access to the main terrace. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a double bed, whilst the third bedroom is a twin room. This apartment also has a large family bathroom.

The apartment was large, beautifully decorated, very clean and with lots of extra details to make our stay extremely comfortable. Staff were also very assistive and helpful.

Nice small hotel.Quite location.Close to tube. Huge rooms.Nice huge common garden.Exelent park 5min.walking. Only it was cold inside in March and floor in the kitchen needed fixing. Otherwise good quality compering price. I will come back.
