Excellent location. However we were given a room on the M floor with a flight of steps leading to the room. It was very difficult to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. Your staff is efficient but not warm. No help towards helping with luggage was extended.

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy and a super location for carnival. Great to have an iron and ironing board in the room and other facilities were good. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Clean, close to tube stations & Hyde Park , short walk through to Kensington High Street . Very comfortable beds , clean , great service from staff , complimentary water & cookies on arrival , room restocked with coffee & milk & cleaned during two night stay

Fab location .. loveky staff , clean bright bedroom with quiet room as requested … perfect fir our one night stay . Nottinghill gate and the Bayswater road perfect .. so close to the tube . Hyde park across the road with plenty of buses
