The staff were very polite and the rooms were very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The view of the Victoria docks and the London City airport was really unforgettable. Even though it seems to be far, the hotel is well-connected with tubes.

The room has a big space compared to other hotels in London. I stay here because there is a concert in the O2. It’s easy to go there. Just walk to the bus station near it.

Staff were attentive at breakfast and quick to clear dirty plates away. Considering this is on the main flight path to London Central Airport, as well as the DLR line, the establishment did a great job at soundproofing the building.

Location was amazing - train station was a 5 minute walk to get you into central London whilst being out of the busy rush. Right next to the airport too so if you’re a plane geek like myself you will love it! Parking was cheap compared to other hotels we checked out too

Had a nice quiet stay , staff we dealt with were friendly , room was clean , breakfast was really good . Only downside was price of snacks in reception but expect that staying in a hotel close to airport and EXcel

Hotel was so clean and it’s not the first time I stayed there. I was surprised when I arrived as they upgraded my room to a suite. Amazing staff very polite.

Room was clean, friendly staff overall a nice experience. Nothing exceptional however if thats what you're expecting, expect to be disappointed.
