Guests will be sent check-in instructions via email 2 days prior to arrival.The property will request the identification (Passport or ID) of guests. Driver’s license not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible.Room changes due to personal preferences will apply a charge of £36 for admin and cleaning fees, additional charges may apply.Service cleans are set for bookings that are 8 days or more.The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cot. Please note service cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. If you refuse a clean, please inform the reservations team so that they can reschedule the clean.Twin beds cannot be offered.Standard studio apartments range from the ground floor to the 4th floorsGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room was better than expected. It was very quiet even though the hotel is located in central London. Very nice area, felt safe. Close to everything.

Excellent location and very quiet. Great to have a small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee machine (with capsules and tea bags).
