The fine print
The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges. Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required . The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued. All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent. The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had tickets for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall, the location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the venue! The room was rather small and basic but it was clean. Very quiet room as well. Couldn’t find anything in this price range in the same area.

Location was great, facilities were very good, staff were pleasant and polite. Very nice to have tea, coffee and a kettle in the room. Short walk to the tube station.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very fresh and clean. The hotel was within walking distance to bus stops and underground stations. Soft drinks and water were available to purchase in the lobby. There was also AC and a tv in the room as well as tea, coffee and a kettle.
