Good welcome, very accommodating (we could bring our luggage early in the morning even if check-in was in the afternoon, same thing the day we left). Place is clean, quiet, and neighborhood is really nice with underground less than 10 minutes walk, either to go downtown or St Pancras station. Really convenient.

Convenient location. Polite and informative staff. Good sized room. Beds comfy enough, towels and soap provided. Yes it's a little worn but does that really matter? In the basement with the three beds, we needed somewhere to sleep after a gig and it ticked all our boxes.
