This hotel has an excellent location. The staff member, Mr. Charlotte, is very nice and enthusiastic. He would offer to help us carry the oversized suitcases. We are very grateful.

The hotel was in an ok location to Victoria Station. The room was on the ground floor which was great after a tiring day walking around London! The room was also clean and it was fairly quiet. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was very good surprisingly!
