Excellent hotel in the best place to visit Central London and it’s many attractions, 5-15 min walk to many of them. Easily reached by Metro tube in about one hour from Heathrow terminals, Piccadilly line. Very good breakfast and kind staff. Very comfortable bedrooms and beds even the foldable bed is very good for two adults. Very basic kitchen though will be back when we are in London.

Breakfast was the happiest part. Especially a lovely scrambled egg. The location of the hotel is perfect and it made me feel like being a tourist again as I came for the first time 20yrs ago

We stayed for two nights while in London for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. When we arrived, I asked if a higher floor was available for a quieter stay. Salman at the front desk was incredibly kind—he offered us a free upgrade and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is amazing—right by Trafalgar Square—but being on a higher floor meant we could enjoy peace and quiet too. All the staff were excellent, but Salman really stood out for his warm and professional service. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay again!
