While the room was very comfortable there was a constant hum all night. Staff were very accomodating when we asked to move rooms. The new room had a lovely view over the park.

Loved the environment both around and inside the hotel. Staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless, comfortable and for London decent sized. So convenient to theatre district and shopping streets.

Dog friendly and off-lead fields opposite. Ground floor with a good layout. Shampoos were cool. Tea etc bar near reception. Very helpful staff on all shifts.
