Everything - tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, comfy bed, with everything one might possibly need for a short trip. Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Great location, in a very quiet and typical neighbourhood. Very welcoming, friendly and caring host. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Really lovely little room – bright, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a peaceful little hideaway, perfect for the two of us. The self check-in and directions were really clear and easy to follow. We made things harder for ourselves by not reading them properly beforehand, but that was totally on us. Once we got settled in, everything was great.

Beautiful comfortable room in a quiet house and quiet street close to transport (trains, Underground and buses) which has been a great base to explore London. Lovely ensuite and bonus features of microwave and frig with cutlery and crockery and lift-up table so able to self cater a little if needed - especially good for a longer stay. Host Terry was welcoming and friendly and responsive to any issues. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the neighbourhood even at night. Please note if coming by tube with luggage, there are stairs at Clapham North station - better to use Stockwell

Really comfortable room, it looks like it’s been recently renovated so everything looks beautiful and new. It’s spacious and well lit, with a comfy bed and enough equipment for easy meals/snacks (kettle, mini fridge and microwave). The host was also very proactive and kind in our communication, checking to make sure I had everything I needed. Great location as well, in a quiet residential street but with easy access to shops and public transport. Overall a great stay!
