Location was great staff were friendly and helpful and tried to help with early check in etc Sofa bed was very comfortable and made up ready when we folded it out so we didn’t have to spend time doing it Great to have a seating area for chatting - we were meeting up with nurses we trained with 40 yrs ago so lots to talk about Nice unhurried 11am check out was a real bonus
