The room is really good, we love the location and the staff are friendly. We have been many times before and will return again no doubt in the future. In the context of London in accommodation we think it is excellent value.

Warm welcome, ramp access ♿ and the location for the Royal Albert Hall (we were attending an event there) and for Hyde Park. Would definitely stay again great to have the kitchenette and everything we needed was provided.

I want to thank Michal and hiromi at reception for their warm welcome and for excellent service, they made me feel home away from home! The hotel is very clean and has cosy vibes, very close to one of my favourite supermarkets partridges , beautiful stay!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Although it's located near a main road, the room was impressively quiet. The staff were friendly and willing to help. An issue that we faced was addressed promptly and professionally by the staff and management. Highly recommended!
