Location, price, Our 3rd stay here and 3rd different room ( room 7), as we found before, this room had clean bedding and towels and was surface clean but could do with a deep clean and some maintenance carried out. Couple of issues raised with staff which will hopefully be dealt with before the room is occupied again.

Cheap, near tube- so easy access to the rest of London, but of course it makes for disturbed nights for light sleepers( OH slept through both nights). comfortable bed small double room but adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom could do with a bit of a deeper clean as mould spots starting to appear in tilr grout and on shower doorson the base- ( room 2). Curtains could do with being a bit bigger and thicker to block the light out more.

Better than i expected! Room was great, clean and warm, with kettle, TV, en-suite. No lifts but ok for me. Location was AMAZING! Literally next door to Tube entrance. Right opposite cute park and surrounded by gorgeous cafes, restaurants and shops. On street parking across the road, up to 4 hours paid parking. Room was a great price too
