There is no step free access. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. When making a group booking, please be informed that the same building allocation is possible but it is not guaranteed.Specific terms and conditions apply for group bookings of more than 3 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We liked the location. Using the tube was great, close location. Liked the neighborhood. Good selection of restaurants. Good shower. Helpful staff.

The room was clean and tidy and the bedding and towels were also clean and lovely.

Location is perfect as it is right next to the Thameslink, the overground and the underground station, and you can get to Central London in less than 30 minutes. The room is very comfortable and is well equipped to stay comfortably. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that they have an agreement with a cafe opposite the Guest House to offer guests a discount for breakfast.

The building was very well kept and clean. It was close to the city centre (~25min) and very well reachable with public transport. The room we had was a family suite and we were pleasantly surprised about the delegate children’s room and master bedroom. The bathroom was clean and there was AC and fan, which was a big plus, since it was super hot when we were there. The staff was super helpful aswell. Would definitely come again.
