The room, for the price, was large and absolutely spotless. And one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Great location, close to the centre. I only met the owner on arrival, but he explained everything perfectly. I never made use of the kitchen facilities, but there was loads there you could freely use. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Gabriel’s place was truly satisfying. As mentioned in other reviews, some facilities had minor shortcomings, but what truly makes this accommodation consistently receive high praise is Gabriel himself. He was always attentive, keeping everything clean, checking details, and communicating thoughtfully with guests. One of the greatest advantages of this place is its location. It’s hard to find accommodation at this price point right in central London. Moreover, during our stay, we appreciated having access to the shared kitchen, where Gabriel generously provided basic food items, allowing us to feel at home and self-sufficient. I want to emphasize again that Gabriel is an exceptionally considerate host. Even after our trip ended, our family often talked about him and remembered his warm hospitality with fondness. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. Lastly, I’d like to personally thank Gabriel. The kindness and care he showed to our daughter still remain in her happy memories. She often talks about the apples and tangerines he kindly peeled and shared with her. We wish Gabriel and his family continued happiness and all the best.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—close to public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. It’s also a great value for money. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was always clean and we never had any issues with sharing the space. The entire place was tidy and well-maintained. Gabriel, the host, was really nice and helpful. On the day of our check-in, we arrived early in the morning and he kindly messaged us that we could already check in or at least drop off our luggage, which made things so much easier. Highly recommended!

The location is brilliant, host is very kind and friendly and helpful. Room is lovely. Some ants in kitchen & toilet otherwise it’s a perfect accommodate for the price. I will book here again if I come back to London.
