Clean room, very friendly staff (especially Mike). I was offered an earlier check in and bigger room, and they also offered luggage storage which gave a lot of flexibility. Walkable distance to Victoria station, which has direct connectivity to Gatwick airport and various tourist attractions.

Very close in proximity to Victoria station so was really handy. I'd recommend it as a great hotel for families doing the Harry Potter tour or those requiring the Gatwick Express.

This was one of the best stays in London. Everything written about the hotel is honestly true. The room was clean, comfortable beds, air-conditioning working well and the location was close from everything. The reception staff was cheerful and in respective manner with all the customers. Helpfully I will visit this hotel again in the future.
