• Please note that the property provides one coffee pod per person per day.• For reservations of 3 people / Suite 9 and suite 5 only/, an additional fee of £15 for the third person per stay will be added for the towels and the bed linen provided. The additional fee has to be handled with the property directly in cash.• Smoking/vaping is prohibited at this property.• No parties are permitted.• Only adults over 21 years old can make a reservation.• Baby travel cot can be provided, the fee is £30 paid in cash on arrival.• Use of extra sofa bed in suite 9 and suite 5 is £30 per stay, due in cash on arrival. Extra guests can be added at £20 per night per guest, due in cash on arrival.• This is a self check-in accommodation, you need to take up your own luggage to the studio, no lift.• Extra set of linen £20. Extra set of towels for 1 guest £10. Extra coffee pods £1 per pod.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lovely area with plenty of shops close to tube station. Comfortable, clean apartment nicely decorated . Overall a lovely stay.

The accommodation is in a great location, super equipped, comfortable, the only negative thing is the bathroom in apartment 3.

the apartment was spotless. the hallways could do witha refurb and you think what have I booked on arrival however you are pleasantly surprised when you reach your apartment. its has all you need it is warm however some.days hit 31degrees while we were there, fans are provided. it is very close proximity to the tube station and lots of shops and restaurants for food. also a very quirky bookshop at the end of the road.
