Once the reservation has been made Primestay Baker Street Residences will contact you with information regarding check-in.Check-in after 20:30 up to 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Any check in after 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 70, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.Please supply the name of all guests to be accommodated. Only named guests may stay at the property.Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present.A fee of GBP 250 is charged if guests smoke in the apartment.Please note that for the reservations for 7 or less days the linens and towels are not changed. Linen and towels can be changed within 7 days for a fee of GBP 40.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A great location, just a short walk away from the underground station. Spacious apartment. Staff responded quickly to queries.

Great location, nice accommodation with lots of space and amenities. Not enough lighting in the main bedroom. Being close to a lot of restaurants it is a bit noisy especially at night you can hear the cars and people talking loudly late at night from the shisha bar across the road.

Good communication before & during our stay with very easy access code check in. The kitchen/dining/lounge area was larger than expected and great for our group of 4. Plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc. 2 good sized bathrooms (one en suite) with good showers. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Location was great with lots of shops, restaurants, fab bakeries, taxi's/buses all round the corner. A perfect base for our group and we would definitely stay again.

Great flat with enough space to stay with three teenagers. Comfortable beds and fantastic kitchen, all in all a great place. The location of amazing - every type of food within five minutes walk and great transport links all over the capital.
