It is the only hotel I send my clients to, and they consistently return 100% satisfied. The perfect balance of a central location, great value and elite service, there is simply no better alternative. The heartbeat of this hotel is its Manager, Adam! He is the definitive embodiment of legitimate hospitality. Adam provides an extraordinary level of management that I rarely encounter, even in the most prestigious hotels across Europe. He is exceptionally proactive, intuitive and attentive, often anticipating a guest's needs and desires before they are even voiced. His leadership ensures a seamless, high-caliber experience that makes every stay feel personalized and distinguished. The entire team such as Sana, Gary, Ichansa, Iryn, Angelica, Mo, Lucky, Junaid are remarkably kind, professional, and always eager to assist. Their collective dedication to guest comfort is evident in every interaction. Furthermore, the housekeeping is impeccable; the rooms are consistently maintained to a flawless standard of cleanliness. The location is unbeatable! In the true heart of London, a few steps away from Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden and lots of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc at your doorstep... Wonderful! The rooftop is a great highlight. Enjoying a perfect English breakfast while overlooking a panoramic view that includes the London Eye and Big Ben is an amazing experience. I’m already counting down the days until my return. There is a rare, soulful quality to the way this team treats hospitality as a true art form, making the Assembly feel less like a hotel and more like my genuine home.
