Lovely staff, great location in Paddington (close to transport and the beautiful Hyde Park). The room was small, but I knew this when booking. Great that you have a kettle, milk, coffee and tea restocked daily (and sometimes with biscuits!)

A very "budget" hotel with minimum facilities which is EXACTLY what I was expecting for the price. There was nothing to complain about, I had a clean, comfortable enough bed, good shower in a spotless bathroom. I was there for one night to be ready for an early meeting, and this served the purpose precisely. Excellent value, right next to Paddington station, so I could get off the late train and go straight to bed 😁
