Check in was easy! The staff were responsive. One of the mattresses had a spring broken in it. When I reported it they replaced the mattress within an hour. Very Spacious rental. 2 full bathrooms was very nice.

The property has a great location, pretty close to the center. It is good public transportation nearby, also 40 minutes by foot will allow you to get to the main London locations. Also, the apartment itself is large, with big windows, it helps a lot when the weather is rainy. We had almost everything needed in the apartment, even dishwasher! The stuff is super helpful and responsive. They are friendly, respectful and solve issues pretty quickly.
