This was honestly my favourite hotel I have ever been to! The staff were so attentive and, the complimentary room upgrade with the cosmos book has been an experience of a lifetime. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly one of a kind, food/bites and room service is great. The cleanliness is impeccable, but what stands out the most is just how kind everyone is. Remembering your name in every interaction possible. Biggest 10/10 of my life. The aesthetics are on point, and this will definitely be my go to spot in London when I come back.

The service was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We particularly loved the dining/lounge area, which was beautiful. We loved the central location to all of the important sights.
