An absolute delight of a hotel, quite and charming location, one of the best in London with multiple facilities very nearby. Lovely room and great sized bathroom with all the facilities working perfectly. Kind staff. Generally a great value for money.

The location of the hotel was perfect, so easy to explore London from. The decor was fabulously Victorian with a modern twist. As well as having use of the other hotel in the square. But the pinnacle of the stay were the staff. They were absolutely brilliant. So kind and thoughtful, made us feel so welcome and looked after. I can’t thank them enough for our wonderful stay.

I found the room small ( 4th floor in the roof) although we specifically booked a surerior sized room and , having paid for breakfast did certainly did not expect to have additional service fees added to our bill for wait staff and indeed the room service staff. This is the UK not the US after all and it would certainly put me off returning as I have never experienced this in the Uzk or Europe.
