It's our second time here and it didn't disappoint us. Location is top, Mikalela was very helpful, the room was nice, clean and cosy. This time we got the double deluxe room, which is bigger than the standard double room. It was much better.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and equipped with all the things mentioned in the description. It must have been furbished and renovated recently. The place is close to the Tube and the railway station. Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery and the British Museum are within walking distance (if you like walking ;-)
