After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no elevator, room service, or daily housekeeping.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.The Queen Room is located on the lower level.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice and close to Paddington and appreciate coffee in the room. Rooms were a decent size for London, comfy and clean.

Super convenient for Paddington station. All the staff were smiley, friendly and very quick to answer queries both in person and online. The room had everything I needed; for me the biggest plus points were a coffee maker; iron and hair conditioner. The bed was super comfy and the aircon worked really well.

The hotel was easy to find and relatively modern. For a solo traveller, the room was a decent size (I expected a lot smaller) and I requested a room that was accessible via lift so I didn’t have to struggle with my bags up the stairs. With the weather in London, a good air conditioner was a real plus! Location was excellent, especially for first time visitors to London and staff were friendly. Paddington Station is central and there was plenty to see/do within a few minutes walk of the hotel (cafes, pubs, Hop On Hop Off bus tour, convenience stores) and a beautiful park over the road.
