The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There's no air conditioning. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.The Small Double Room is located on a lower level and does not have natural light.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is excellent – South Kensington is one of my favorite neighborhoods in London. It’s elegant, quiet, and very central, with a tube station just 3 minutes away that connects you easily to the rest of the city. The hotel itself is aesthetic and comfortable, especially by London standards, where the price-to-quality ratio is generally poor. The design is modern, the bed is comfortable, and the room includes all the essential amenities. It’s a self-service, come-and-go style hotel, meaning no daily housekeeping or front desk (there is one but just for secutity/easy issues), which can actually be a plus if you prefer more independence and flexibility during your stay. Though I booked one of the cheaper, semi-underground rooms, I was aware of what to expect and didn’t mind the lack of natural light. It’s compact but well thought out, and fine for a short stay.

Gorgeous rooms, modern, breakfast was okay nice little touch- would be great to have more variety of sliced fruit and yoghurts. The fresh orange juice was awesome. We had to request for fans in the room due to the heatwave as not much air comes through the windows.
