Couldn't ask for a better location. A street full of restaurants and cafes on one side and Victoria station on the other, making our short stay easy. Make sure to include the buffet breakfast option when you book, you won't regret it. London in general is very expensive, especially coming in from Australia. Traveled with 2 adiults and a teenage girl, we found having a great breakfast, we would skip lunch or at the very least have a small pastry of some kind. Then waited until dinner time.
