Everything was amazing. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and this was the best yet! The upgraded room was such a treat and the facilities as always were brilliant!

Lovely hotel. We had a very large room, especially for London. The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a good size and lush. I booked a double room for my son and I, and the beds were very large, and the space was large enough that we never felt boxed in. Windows gave us a lovely view of the skyline. The 2 meals we had in the restaurant were good quality and again with exceptional service. Room service was also very good - good quality dishes. Liverpool Stteet is not where I would usually stay, but the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station, which also happens to have a direct tube to Heathrow airport, so it was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Disappointing experience at the spa in an otherwise fantastic hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly, but the spa treatment was a letdown. Booked a top treatment for my wife as a surprise, expecting luxury, but it felt subpar for the price. Not what I was hoping for.

This lovely modern and stylish hotel is perfectly placed for Central London, short walking distance from Liverpool Street Station where the rural and local trains are, plus all the main London and area Tube/Underground Train lines. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants around within walking distance, it’s in ‘The City’, so a perfect location.
