As allocations are sold by bed, bookings made in shared rooms are not guaranteed to be in the same shared room.Please note that we don't provide towels.New Mansion House cannot accept any guests under the age of 18 years old under any circumstances.You must provide us with valid ID on arrival at the hostel. The ID documents provided must match the name on the bookingPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of GBP 2.5 per person or bring their own.

Arriving from the airport, I easily found the location. The location is great, in zone 1, next to the metro, within walking distance of the event I was attending. Initially, I booked accommodation for 5 days instead of 6, because all the places were booked for the weekend. But the administration, at my request, tracked the availability of places and, fortunately, one appeared. So I didn't even have to move to another accommodation. The staff always helped to resolve any issues that arose.

Mattress was nice and firm , was also a good sized room for a single ,2 chests of drawers I wardrobe and a desk and chair plus a single bed,vasin in the room and toilets and showers along the corridor. Very quiet considering mist of the clientele were young. The whole building is kept clean and tidy and appears to be well maintained. The staff were poite and very helpful

Right in the city Center. The price includes breakfest. There is a sink in the room. Pretty quiet inside.
