Location was good and rooms were decent. Service was really bad. We ordered some food and had to call up thrice to remind and it took like ages to get it. And it happened three times in just one day stay. Service wise it was pathetic... Only one person from housekeeping abhijeet was forthcoming who did well to help on the service and that was the only good part.

Room was well kept & very clean. Premises and pool facilities are excellent though the water temperature is very cold. Breakfast spread is good but certain items are re-heated and not freshly served.
