The staff was super friendly! We lost a phone and the helped us to find it, and also we were a bit late for breakfast because of the surf and they let us have a bit later. The views of the restaurant were also very nice, and the shower was super good ( had been in other accomodations in lombok where the shower wasnt really cleaning you). The place is very tidy and clean too.
