+ very close to the sea and beach + a tunnel under road with stairsz that's why way to beach is comfortable and not exhausting + comfortable beds + a lot od parking space + all facilities on kitchen and bathroom worked great + air conditoning working very well

Sunrise Apartments is a nice guest house with excellent location on Omis-Mararska riviera. The room we stayed in was on a smaller size, but it had everything you need for a relaxing stay - fridge, AC, a little kitchenette with pots and pans, electric kettle, TV and WIFI. There was also a balcony perfect for afternoon coffee. There was also a terrase with grill, although we didn't use it that much. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming, there is a bistro in the guest house where you can get burgers and drinks. There is a little shop nearby (Studenac) with a restaurant across the road (Ljetni san). Ruskamen beach is accessible directly from the guest house thorough the tunnel, it takes just a minute to reach.
